Information you provide.
The quote form collects your name, email address, optional phone number, project location, property type, service request, and project description. Do not include financial details, identity documents, or other sensitive information.
How inquiry information is used.
Information is used to review your request, communicate about the project, and administer the website. Submitting an inquiry does not sign you up for a marketing newsletter.
Storage and access.
Requests are stored in the website database with access restricted to authorized administrators. If email notifications are enabled, copies may also be handled by the configured email provider. The site administrator should periodically remove inquiries that are no longer needed.
Technical data and cookies.
WordPress and the hosting provider may process technical information such as connection data and logs to run and protect the website. The quote form uses a short-lived, hashed connection identifier to limit repeated submissions. This starter site does not install analytics or advertising trackers. Additional plugins or hosting services may have their own data practices.
Access or deletion requests.
Use the contact form to ask about information you submitted or to request deletion. Provide the email address used for the original inquiry; identity may need to be verified before records are shared or removed.
